Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager and we are looking an experienced professional to take up this rare opportunity to own and manage the product offering for our client's portfolios across all market segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Review and maintenance of the product offering and customer segmentation. • Strategic & tactical marketing strategies. • Channel & distribution delivery strategies. • Product compliance including working with key stakeholders to ensure the development of profitable, sustainable and compliant products. • Proactive management of all sources of operational and regulatory risk along with the compliance requirements including various documentation, returns and marketing collateral. • Take an active and strategic role in the continued growth of the organisation and its business objectives. Skills and experience we are seeking: • Demonstrable track record in Product Development within Wealth Management. • A track record in delivering incremental and creative product improvement and creation with clear linkage to value add and profitability. • Ability to develop and maintain solid relationships both internally and externally within the wider financial services industry. • End to end commercialisation is essential as is the ability to develop business cases and manage concepts through to successful new product launch. • Previous experience influencing at a senior manager level. • Strong presentation skills. • Experience in running a small team. • Experience of in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis both of performance and customer needs.
