Our client, a professional services company that provides trustee and statutory supervision services, is looking for an exceptional Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their Auckland team.
You will be responsible for new business development, promoting the organisation’s services to existing and prospective clients. The role involves significant input into business planning, strategy, marketing, and quality assurance. Compliance monitoring and risk management are other important components of the role.
You will be experienced in building and maintaining excellent client relationships, with the ability to communicate and relate well to people at all levels.
The role has a team of three reporting to it, so the successful candidate will have the attributes and skills needed to lead and motivate staff effectively.
As well as having relevant experience in the trustee services industry or in a legal, accounting or auditing practice, you will also have a tertiary qualification, ideally in law or accountancy.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
