Our client is in growth mode and this is an exciting buy-side position for an ambitious and commercially astute candidate with relevant experience to assist in transactions across multiple sectors:
Responsibilities will include:
• Working with detailed financial spreadsheet models
• Undertaking sector, industry and company research
• Assisting with transactions including due diligence
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Active participation with and support of, the team through the transaction processes
This is a challenging role and is suited to an individual looking to take the next step in furthering their career as it has a lot of growth opportunity. The successful candidates will have a degree in either accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or engineering and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with senior management, investors and industry professionals. You must have at least 5 years commercial experience post qualification and with experienced gained within an accounting firm, share broker, investment bank, bank or other similar financial services institution.
